Socktoberfest Winter Clothing Drive

It’s time for the Mercy Coalition’s 4th annual Socktoberfest!

From September 29th to October 24th we will be collecting winter clothing, gloves, and of course SOCKS, for distribution to the unhoused and underserved here in West Sacramento. In collaboration with other local organizations and businesses, members of the public will be able to drop their donations at several drop-box locations around town, as well as at the Recovery Cafe here on Drever Street. Drop box locations coming soon! If your organization is interested in participating, either internally or as a public drop-box location, please email kate@mosaicwestsac.org.

Socktoberfest Family Faire

The Socktoberfest Family Faire makes it’s return this year on October 25th from 3pm to 6pm! This year’s event will feature food, live music, games, pumpkin themed activities, trick-or-treat stations, and an opportunity to help us sort socks for distribution. Last year we processed over 15,000 pairs of socks!! This amazing event is a great way to teach your kids about giving back while getting in on some of the season’s festivities!
